Report a listing problem

hello@shiftearnhub.com — include the listing URL and what’s wrong (dead link, wrong pay, closed offer). We check every report and correct or retire listings that don’t hold up.

Partners & employers

partners@shiftearnhub.com — if you run a survey panel, research community or remote-earning program and want your openings listed here, tell us about your program, your payout terms and where you operate.

Privacy & legal

privacy@shiftearnhub.com — privacy questions, data requests, and copyright complaints (include the listing URL and a description of the work).

What we can’t help with

We do not take job applications — you apply directly at the source, so we can’t see your sign-up status, your survey history or your payout. For anything about your account or money with a partner (like Earn Haus), contact that partner’s own support; their site has the details.

Scam warning

We will never email you asking for money, bank details or identity documents. If someone claiming to be ShiftEarnHub does, it’s a scam — don’t pay, and forward it to hello@shiftearnhub.com.
